Residents First

It is our goal to meet the needs of each resident while maintaining the privacy, dignity, and integrity of each resident. That’s why our philosophy at Willow Manor is “Residents First”. This philosophy affects everything we do; from caring for our residents to the manner in which we conduct the business and operations of our company. Willow Manor is a privately owned skilled nursing facility that offers a full spectrum of care including rehabilitation, short term skilled care, long term care and Reflections Alzheimer’s Care Unit. We provide 24 hour medical care and support services to our residents.

When it comes to your health, or the health of a loved one, we realize how important it is to select the right health care option to meet each individual’s specific needs and goals. We believe in a holistic approach to care by meeting the needs of our residents physically, mentally and socially. We do this by utilizing the knowledge and experience of our entire team including therapy, nursing, dietary, activities and social services.

Employees Always

Following our Residents First approach is a focus on employees, allowing them to be in an environment where they are valued and given ownership in the business. Our core belief is that our business flourishes when we lead on behalf of our Residents and staff. At Willow Manor, we understand our employees are our greatest asset to providing quality healthcare. And we work alongside our managers and staff to empower them to make a difference each and every day.
